🔐 Cardholder Security

Qaryia LLC values your privacy and payment security. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways. We do not store credit card information on our servers or share customer details with any third parties. Your personal data remains strictly confidential.

📦 Shipping Policy

A. Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to customers in states where Qariya LLC is required to collect tax, including but not limited to: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
If you qualify for tax exemption, a valid exemption certificate must be submitted prior to order confirmation.

B. Shipment Timing

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day.

  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

  • Overnight and time-sensitive orders receive priority handling—please call us directly to expedite.

  • Ground orders may require 24–48 hours for processing.

  • We do not guarantee shipping times due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or natural events.

C. Shipping Limitations

  • No shipments to PO Boxes, UPS Stores, or hotel guests.

  • Shipping and billing addresses must match. For alternate addresses, customers may be required to verify identity and complete authorization forms.

  • Undeliverable ground shipments will incur an $11 re-shipment fee. Additional costs apply for expedited service changes.

Note: We ship from multiple warehouses across the U.S., not exclusively from New York.

💳 Payment Terms

We accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • Wire Transfers

  • Western Union

  • PayPal (U.S. only)

We do not accept credit cards issued by foreign banks. For security reasons, all orders must ship to the billing address. If shipping to a different address, you may be required to submit:

  1. A completed card authorization form

  2. A copy of your government-issued photo ID

  3. Front and back of the credit card used

  4. Cardholder’s signature on the form

All information is securely stored and not shared. High-risk orders may only be accepted via wire transfer.

⚠️ Important Notices

  • PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable if an order is canceled after payment.

  • Unpaid invoices may result in late fees: 1.5% monthly interest, or the maximum legal limit.

  • Non-payment may be referred to a collection agency, with all associated fees passed on to the customer.

🛒 Product Terms

  • Products, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • All software is licensed per the terms enclosed in the product. Opening the software seal constitutes agreement to the license.

  • Digital products, licenses, and services are non-returnable.

  • Some products may be used, refurbished, or reconditioned—clearly labeled on product pages.

🌍 International Orders

  • International orders are Business-to-Business only.

  • Minimum order value: $250

  • All international orders must be prepaid via wire transfer.

  • Customers must provide their own FedEx or UPS account for shipping.

  • We do not ship to: North Korea, Iran, Libya, Syria, Sudan, Myanmar, or Cuba.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase.

  • After 90 days, coverage depends on manufacturer warranty, if applicable.

  • Opened sealed-box items are non-returnable.

  • Digital goods, licenses, and service contracts are non-refundable.

  • Physically damaged items are not eligible for return.

📦 Return Process

  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.

  • RMA items must be received within 10 days of approval.

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Credit card processing fees and premium shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Shipping Damage

  • If the package is visibly damaged on delivery, refuse the shipment.

  • If damage is found after opening, contact the carrier immediately for an inspection.

  • Notify Qaryia LLC within 2 business days—after that, we cannot process damage claims.


⚠️ DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products

  • If found defective upon delivery, we will send a replacement.

  • If the item is determined to be fully functional, a 50% RMA processing fee will apply.

🚫 Tampering with serial numbers or returning unrelated products is strictly prohibited. All outbound shipments are documented through barcode scans and/or video recording.

🛡️ Warranty Policy

90-Day Limited Warranty

  • Covers manufacturer defects only.

  • Replacement or refund at Qaryon’s discretion.

  • Shipping & tax charges are non-refundable.

1-Year Extended In-House Warranty

  • Begins after the 90-day warranty expires.

  • One-time replacement only.

  • No refunds on warranty fees or shipping.

Warranty Exclusions

We do not cover issues caused by:

  • Misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Environmental damage (humidity, static, heat)

  • Software/data loss or third-party equipment damage

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Qariya LLC is not liable for:

  • Any loss of data, revenue, or business

  • Third-party claims

  • Any damages beyond the purchase price of the product

All products and services are sold as-is, and any liability is limited to the original transaction value.

Trademarks, product names, and logos belong to their respective owners.

Manufacturer services (such as support or rebates) may not be available for these items.
