Return & Refund Policy

Products are eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • After 90 days, items fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

  • Warranty terms and coverage vary by product type.

  • Certain items, including sealed retail products, are non-returnable once opened. These must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstance:

  • Opened software (governed by the license agreement upon opening or breaking the seal)

  • License keys, digital content, downloads

  • Service contracts or any non-physical goods

  • Products showing physical damage

  • Any item returned without an authorized RMA number

Return Process

  1. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our RMA team before returning any item.

  2. Products must be received within 10 days of RMA approval. Returns received beyond this window will be rejected.

  3. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  5. Replacements are shipped via ground service, unless the customer upgrades and pays for expedited shipping.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with visible damage:

  • Refuse the package upon delivery.

  • If damage is discovered after opening, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • Notify Qaryia LLC within 2 business days to initiate a support case. We cannot accept damage claims reported after this period.

  • We will assist in filing a carrier claim, but are not liable for transit damages.

Defective & DOA Products

If your product is defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA):

  • Contact our RMA department for a replacement.

  • Products found to be fully functional after inspection will incur a 50% RMA processing fee.

  • Attempting to return items not originally shipped to you, or swapping serial numbers, will void the return.

All items are documented and recorded via barcode and/or video prior to shipping for fraud prevention.

Refund Exceptions

  • Shipping fees (including premium shipping options) are non-refundable.

  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
